Working Day Law and Legal Definition
According to 43 CFR 2.46 (Title 43 - Public Lands: Interior; Subtitle A - Office Of The Secretary Of The Interior; Part 2 - Records And Testimony; Freedom Of Information Act; Subpart G - Privacy Act), working day means “a regular Federal work day. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public legal holidays.”
