Workplace aggression Law and Legal Definition
Workplace aggression refers to an aggression that occurs in a work place. Aggression, in general, is considered as a behavior that is carried out by an individual with the intent to cause harm to another person or a group of people. Workplace aggression covers behavior of any verbal, physical and other like acts indented to cause harm to another person. Workplace aggression includes:
1. expressions of hostility;
2. obstructionism; and
3. overt aggression.
