World War II Law and Legal Definition
According to 38 USCS § 101, World War II means "(except for purposes of chapters 31 and 37 of this title [38 USCS §§ 3100 et seq. and 3701 et seq.]) the period beginning on December 7, 1941, and ending on December 31, 1946."
