World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is an international non governmental organization working on issues regarding the conservation, research, and restoration of the environment. It is the world's largest independent conservation organization. The main goals of WWF are as follows:
1.To protect natural areas and wild populations of plants and animals, including endangered species;
2.To promote sustainable approaches to the use of renewable natural resources; and
3.To promote more efficient use of resources and energy, and the maximum reduction of pollution.
