WRAPS refers to the U.S. State Department’s Worldwide Refugee Admissions Processing System, a standardized computer refugee resettlement case management system.
WRAPS is an interactive computer system used to process and track the movement of refugees from various countries around the world to the U.S. for resettlement under the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). It tracks refugee applicants as they move through the required refugee processing steps until arrival in the U.S.
