Writ of conspiracy is an ancient writ issued against a person who conspired to injure another person by charging such another person for treason or felony. A writ of conspiracy would lie for all actions of conspiracy. But, the writ will be issued only when the offense, including acquittal of the falsely indicted party had actually taken place.
