WTO Member and WTO Member Country Law and Legal Definition
According to 19 USCS § 3501 (Title 19, Customs Duties; Chapter 22, Uruguay Round Trade Agreements), the terms "WTO member" and "WTO member country" mean “a state, or separate customs territory (within the meaning of Article XII of the WTO Agreement), with respect to which the United States applies the WTO Agreement.”
