Youth@Work Initiative [Equal Employment Opportunity Commission] Law and Legal Definition
Youth@Work Initiative refers to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) initiative to promote equal employment opportunity for the U.S.'s next generation of workers.
The purpose of the initiative is to educate young workers about their workplace rights and responsibilities.
EEOC's Youth@Work Initiative has three main constituents:
a. Youth@Work web site;
b. free outreach events; and
c. partnerships with industry, education, and human resource leaders.
