Yukon River Joint Technical Committee Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 5702 (3), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 77. Yukon River Salmon Implementation of Interim Agreement] the term Yukon River Joint Technical Committee means “the technical committee established by paragraph C.2 of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning the Pacific Salmon Treaty between the Government of the United States and the Government of Canada recorded January 28, 1985.”
