No True Bill Law and Legal Definition
No True Bill is a finding by a grand jury that there is no probable cause to decide that a crime has been committed. It will be endorsed by the jury on the written indictment submitted to it that it is their joint opinion that the evidence found was insufficient to indict and accused person must not be put on the trial.
