Non Aligned Law & Legal Definition

Non Aligned means not with either side in a conflict of power. The word specifically means non aligned with major powers. It is a neutral status. During cold war certain countries were grouped as non aligned countries. Non aligned countires does not join with capitalists countries or communist countries.

Non-aligned Judges are experienced Judges who handle complex criminal cases occurring anywhere within the county without regard to the geographical zones into which the county is divided. [People v. Hale, 173 Misc. 2d 140 (N.Y. Sup. Ct. 1997)]
