Galbo Law Law and Legal Definition
Galbo law refers to the case of People v. Galbo, 218 N.Y. 283 (N.Y. 1916). This case is most often cited for the principle that a finding of recent and exclusive possession of the fruits of crime, if unexplained or falsely explained, will justify the factual inference that the possessor is the criminal.
