Garnishee Execution Law and Legal Definition
Garnishee execution refers to the employment of the remedy of garnishment under an execution issued upon a judgment.
On presentation of garnishee execution, it becomes a lien and a continuing levy upon the wages, earnings, debts, salary, income from trust funds or profits, due or to become due, and said levy becomes a continuing levy until said execution and the expenses thereof are fully satisfied and paid or until modified.
