Gas Consumer Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 3202 (1), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 59. Retail Policies For Natural Gas Utilities] the term gas consumer means “any person, State agency, or Federal agency, to which natural gas is sold other than for purposes of resale.”
