Gas Utility Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 3202 (2), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 59. Retail Policies for Natural Gas Utilities] the term gas utility means “any person, State agency, or Federal agency, engaged in the local distribution of natural gas, and the sale of natural gas to any ultimate consumer of natural gas.”
