Gaseous Diffusion Plants Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 2297h [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 23. Development and Control of Atomic Energy; United States Enrichment Corporation; United States Enrichment Corporation Privatization], the term "gaseous diffusion plants" means the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant at Paducah, Kentucky and the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant at Piketon, Ohio.
