Goods Administered Law and Legal Definition
Goods administered means goods, chattels, and credits of the decedent which have been changed, altered, or converted by the executor or administrator before the appointment of an administrator de bonis non. [CHAMBERLIN, 70 Conn. 363 (Conn. 1898)].
For the value of the goods administered, or converted, the executor is liable only to the creditors and those standing in like relation. [Gregory v. Harrison, 4 Fla. 56 (Fla. 1851)].
