Government Confidential Commercial Information Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 725.3 (i) [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 725 Permits for Access to Restricted Data; General Provisions], Government Confidential Commercial Information means “sensitive commercial information not including Restricted Data, generated by the government, the release of which could put the government at a competitive disadvantage in providing enrichment services.”
