Government Procurement Contract Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 637c (3), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 14A. Aid to Small Business] the term government procurement contract means “any contract for the procurement of any goods or services by any Federal agency.”
