Pursuant to 24 CFR 115.100 [Title 24 Housing and Urban Development; Subtitle B Regulations Relating to Housing and Urban Development; Chapter I Office of Assistant Secretary for Equal Opportunity, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Subchapter A Fair Housing; Part 115 Certification and Funding of State and Local Fair Housing Enforcement Agencies; Subpart A General], the term Government Technical Representative (GTR) means “the HUD staff person who is responsible for the technical administration of the FHAP grant, the evaluation of performance under the FHAP grant, the acceptance of technical reports or projects, the approval of payments, and other such specific responsibilities as may be stipulated in the FHAP grant.”
