According to 13 CFR 130.110 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter I -- Small Business Administration; Part 130 -- Small Business Development Centers], Grants Management Specialist is “an SBA employee designated by the AA/SBDCs (Associate Administrator for SBDCs) who is responsible for the financial review, award, and administration of one or more SBDC Cooperative Agreements.”
