Great Lakes Agreement Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (18), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term Great Lakes Agreement means “the Agreement for the Promotion of Safety on the Great Lakes by Means of Radio in force and the regulations referred to therein.”
