Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 943b (2), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 15C. Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Tissue Bank] the term Great Lakes fish and wildlife means “fauna, fish, and invertebrates dependent on Great Lakes resources, and located within the Great Lakes Basin.”
