Green Paper on Copyright and the Challenge of Technology Law and Legal Definition
In the context of Copyright laws, this is a publication of the European Commission in 1988. Green Paper on Copyright and the Challenge of Technology laid out a plan to harmonize the copyright laws of member nations, especially laws relating to information technology. This is more commonly known as Green Paper. The Green Paper was followed by a number of directives that made uniform policies in relation to copyright and new technologies mandatory.
