Habeas corpus ad faciendum et recipiendum is a common writ of habeas corpus. It is issued where a person is sued and arrested in some inferior jurisdiction and is desirous of removing the action into a superior court. Such a writ command the inferior judges to produce the body of the defendant and to state the day and cause of his caption and detainer.
