Habeas Corpus Ad Satisfaciendum Law and Legal Definition
Habeas corpus ad satisfaciendum is a writ of habeas corpus. It is issued where a prisoner has had judgment against him in an action, and the plaintiff is desirous of bringing him up to some superior court to charge him with process of execution. This writ is not available in the United States.
