Head Start Classroom Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 9671 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 103. Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability; Pollution Insurance], the term "Head Start classroom" means a group of children supervised and taught by two paid staff members (a teacher and a teacher's aide or two teachers) and, where possible, a volunteer.
