According to 42 USCS § 9671 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 103. Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability; Pollution Insurance], the term "Head Start family day care" means Head Start services provided in a private residence other than the residence of the child receiving such services.
