Health and Safety Study Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2602 (6), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 53. Toxic Substances Control; Control of Toxic Substances] the term health and safety study means “any study of any effect of a chemical substance or mixture on health or the environment or on both, including underlying data and epidemiological studies, studies of occupational exposure to a chemical substance or mixture, toxicological, clinical, and ecological studies of a chemical substance or mixture, and any test performed pursuant to this Act [15 USCS §§ 2601 et seq.].”
