It include hospitals, ambulatory, and surgical care facilities, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospices, and related businesses. A healthcare bankruptcy do not include physician practice management companies, or service providers like emergency room staffing companies which do not offer facilities.
