According to 32 CFR 70.3 [Title 32 National Defense; Subtitle A Department of Defense; Chapter I Office of the Secretary of Defense; Subchapter D Personnel, Military and Civilian; Part 70 Discharge Review Board (DRB) Procedures and Standards], Hearing Examination is the process by which a designated officer of a DRB prepares a presentation for consideration by a DRB in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary concerned.
