Helium-Bearing Natural Gas Law and Legal Definition
"Helium-bearing natural gas" and "helium-gas mixture" is defined by 50 USCS § 167 as, respectively, natural gas and gas mixtures containing three-tenths of 1 per centum or more of helium by volume.
