High Concentration of Low-Income Students [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 6537 (2) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 70. Strengthening and Improvement of Elementary and Secondary Schools; Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged; Advanced Placement Programs], the term high concentration of low-income students means “a school that serves a student population 40 percent or more of whom are low-income individuals.”
