High-Need Early Childhood Education Program [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1021 (9) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources and Student Assistance; Teacher Quality Enhancement], the term high-need early childhood education program means “an early childhood education program serving children from low-income families that is located within the geographic area served by a high-need local educational agency.”
