High-Risk-of-Capture Personnel Law and Legal Definition
High-risk-of-capture personnel mean U.S. personnel whose designation or assignment makes them particularly dangerous to capture by hostile forces in battle, by terrorists, or by unfriendly governments. The risk of capture of such personnel’s is because of their grade, assignment, symbolic value, or relative isolation. Usually, high-risk-of-capture personnel are provided with survival, evasion, resistance and escape training.
