Highly Confidential Business Information Law and Legal Definition
Highly Confidential Business Information is defined to include the following:
1. Identities, street addresses, contact numbers, and mail identities of customers;
2. Customer preferences and purchasing habits;
3. Point persons or contact persons through which sales were made;
4. Data quantifying sales, discounts, sales order timing, costs and/or pricing; and
