Highly Restricted Personal Information Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 18 USCS § 2725 (4), [Title 18. Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Part I. Crimes; Chapter 123. Prohibition on Release and Use of Certain Personal Information from State Motor Vehicle Records] the term highly restricted personal information means “an individual's photograph or image, social security number, medical or disability information.”
