Home-Based Head Start Program Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 9671 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 103. Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability; Pollution Insurance], the term "home-based Head Start program" means a Head Start program that provides Head Start services in the private residence of the child receiving such services.
