According to 15 USCS § 6766 (1) [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 93. Insurance; National Association Of Registered Agents And Brokers] the term home State means “the State in which the insurance producer maintains its principal place of residence and is licensed to act as an insurance producer.”
