Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program [HSEEP] Law and Legal Definition
Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) is a capabilities and performance-based program that provides a standardized methodology and terminology for exercise design, development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning. HSEEP provides financial and direct support to assist state and local governments along with the development and implementation of a state. HSEEP is maintained by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Preparedness Directorate, of the Department of Homeland Security.
