Household Member Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 105.201 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance Chapter I - Small Business Administration], household member means spouse and minor children of an employee, all blood relations of the employee and any spouse who resides in the same place of abode with the employee.
