Housing Authority Law and Legal Definition
Under the Pennsylvania Housing Authorities Law, a "housing authority" is defined as “a public body and a body corporate and politic created and organized, in accordance with the provision of this act, for the purposes, with the powers, and subject to the restrictions set forth.” Swift v.
