Hunting Year Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 718j (1), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 7. Protection of Migratory Game and Insectivorous Birds; Hunting and Conservation Stamp Tax] the term hunting year means “the 1-year period beginning on July 1 of each year.”
