Hybrid Vehicle Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2502 (5), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 52. Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Research, Development, and Demonstration] the term hybrid vehicle means “a vehicle propelled by a combination of an electric motor and an internal combustion engine or other power source and components thereof.”
