I-94(W) Law and Legal Definition
This is the I-94 Arrival/Departure Record for the nonimmigrant travelers or I-94W (Green) for Visa Waiver Program travelers. When an individual is admitted, the CBP officer at the U.S. port of entry shall stamp such individual’s passport and issue a completed Form I-94 or I-94W. This form denotes the time duration that the individual is legally authorized to stay within the U.S.
