According to 7 CFR 550.2 [Title 7—Agriculture; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Department of Agriculture; Chapter V -- Agricultural Research Service, Department of Agriculture; Part 550 -- General Administrative Policy for Non-Assistance Cooperative Agreements; Subpart A – General], i-Edison (Interagency Edison) is “a database, which provides Federal grantee/Cooperator organizations and participating Federal agencies with the technology to electronically manage extramural invention portfolios in compliance with Federal reporting requirements.”
