Illegal Drug Law and Legal Definition
According to 32 CFR 57.3 [Title 32 -- National Defense; Subtitle A -- Department of Defense; Chapter I -- Office of the Secretary Of Defense; Subchapter D -- Personnel, Military and Civilian; Part 57 -- Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependent], Illegal Drug means a controlled substance as identified in the Controlled Substances Act but does not include a substance that is legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under that Act or under any other provision of Federal law.
