Illegal Use of Drugs Law and Legal Definition
Illegal use of drugs means, use, possession or distribution of drugs which is unlawful under Controlled Substances Act 1970. The Act in five schedules lists various controlled substances. It does not include the use of a drug taken under medical supervision, or other uses authorized by the Controlled Substances Act or other provisions of Federal law.
