Illicit Sexual Conduct Law and Legal Definition
Illicit sexual conduct refers to a sexual act with a minor involving direct contact with either person's genitals. It includes any commercial sex act with a minor on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.
Statute prohibits illicit sexual conduct. The following is an example of a federal law on illicit sexual conduct:
“Any United States citizen or alien admitted for permanent residence who travels in foreign commerce, and engages in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.”[18 USCS § 2423].
