Illicit Trade Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 USCS § 387 (8), [Title 21. Food And Drugs; Chapter 9. Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act; Tobacco Products] the term illicit trade means “any practice or conduct prohibited by law which relates to production, shipment, receipt, possession, distribution, sale, or purchase of tobacco products including any practice or conduct intended to facilitate such activity.”
